Hi, I’m Vendula – a certified Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience. I teach in-person yoga in St Albans and the surrounding area, offering group classes, private one-to-one sessions, and workplace yoga for companies who want to support their team’s wellbeing.

A bit about me
I first found yoga more than ten years ago while looking for a way to stay active and manage stress. What began as a physical practice quickly became something much deeper – a space for reflection, strength, and growth. In 2013, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre in Goa, India. Their training, rooted in classical Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, gave me a strong foundation in alignment, breathwork, and yogic philosophy.
Over the years, I’ve continued to study, grow, and share what I learn with others. Teaching Vinyasa Flow is my passion – I love how each practice can be both energising and grounding. My goal is to create classes that are welcoming, inclusive, and adaptable. I believe yoga should meet you where you are, and I’ll always offer options and support to help you feel confident and at ease.

Private One-to-One Sessions
If you’d prefer a more personal approach, I offer private yoga sessions tailored to your individual needs and goals. These are ideal if you're just starting out, working with an injury, or wanting to deepen your practice with focused attention. I’ll design each session just for you – whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or find a moment of calm in your busy week.
Group Classes
My group Vinyasa Flow classes are welcoming, energising, and suitable for all levels. We move mindfully through breath-led sequences, building heat and strength while cultivating calm. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, you’ll be supported and encouraged to move at your own pace. There’s a lovely sense of community in these classes – people often tell me they come for the yoga and stay for the atmosphere.
Corporate Yoga
I also offer yoga sessions for businesses in and around St Albans. These classes are designed to help teams de-stress, move better, and return to work feeling more focused and refreshed. I bring everything needed and adapt each session to suit the space and team. Whether it’s a one-off wellness day or a regular lunchtime class, I’d love to support your workplace wellbeing.
